张芸京 (Zhang Yu Jing)
Kris and I heard this song twice in my dad's car and he fell in love with it immediately!
He was using one of his iphone application to tell us who the singer is and also the title of the song.
This is one cool application! You just need to record part of the music and it will connect to some web and show us the name and title of the singer/song.
So after downloading the information, we had no idea who this 张芸京 (Zhang Yu Jing) is but his voice is damn power.
Just today, Kris sent me an email and told me this guy is actually a girl!!!!! OMG!!! How is that possible???
Her voice is so man! But for a man's voice is consider niang..hmmm...you guys know 蘇打綠? Ya something like the lead singer....
So I went to google her and found out that she is actually the winner from Taiwan 超级偶像 (Super Idol). Damn cute lor!!! (Oh no, my lesbian side is out again! hahaha)
In the 2nd MTV I thought she looks like Felicia Chin.
Enjoy her MTV! These 2 songs are damn nice!

Liverpool Vs Singapore
WOohooooo~~ I just came back not long ago from the Liverpool match against Singapore.
It has been ages since I watch a Live soccer match!
I remembered when I was younger, I used to watch soccer and play soccer with my cousins, all of the same ages, and yes, I am the only female.
And this was my first time watching a soccer match in National Stadium!
It was a rare experience!
The feeling was so high and overwhelming when ppl scream and cheer for Liverpool players.
Anyway, I was quite angry with the guy sitting in front of me.
First, he showed his butt crack to us (kris took a picture of it hahaha)
Second, he keeps standing up and doing funny action whenever there was a chance of having a goal for either team.
He was bloody blocking my view can!!!!!!! He made me miss watching a goal lor!!! And there's no replay on Live!!
I did say out loudly that I am here to watch a match, not to see a butt! Think his gf heard me and told him to seat down, BUT!!!! He bloody got so excited again and stood up!!! ^%$##@#%^
But overall, quite a nice experience la.
And most importantly, who you watched it with =)

ECP Picnic with LZB (lau zhar bors)
Who's the one preparing the food???
ME LAH!!! Hahahaha
Jo was telling me, eh I don't know how to cook, I will be in charge of the drinks.
I didn't expect her to prepare food in the first place what..LOL
Anyway, I prepared Aglio Olio, Cajun Deviled eggs and grilled prawns.
I am lazy to give the recipe now, just GOOGLE lor!!
It's a heavenly place where you can find all sorts of recipe!
We were quite sway la because we were eating half way and was attacked by strong wind and dark clouds begin to cover the sky. And all the sand came flying into out 1/4 left over food.
We decided to pack and sit on the stone table and bench instead, not long after, it rain -___-
A fast one, and we saw rainbow after that!!!!
Went to the HongKong cafe after that for some snacks and proceed to the beach to have some night view.
Decided to have some durian feast and we headed down to Upper Serangoon road for Beef noodle for dinner and Durian after that.
The 2 charbo insisted on buying the $1 durian to try, IT WAS DAMN GROSS!!!
Tasteless, gross texture.....
We bought the AI QING GUO durian immediately, cost $17 per liap! SO MUCH NICER LOR!!!!
Jo was saying she can't differentiate the different kind of durian, she said it tasted the same...but after that day, she says really has a big difference!!!
Ended the night with a satisflying tummy! =)

Glutinous Rice
Hi Ya People! My cooking mood is BACK!!
This morning, I prepared all the ingredients for Glutinous rice.
Ingredients:
300g Glutinous rice, soaked overnight
1/2 cup dried shrimps
2 Chinese Sausages
3 Chinese Mushroom
4 Shallots, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
375mk chicken broth
Directions:
1. Wash soaked rice and drain
2. Soaked Mushroom for 20 mins and drain, diced.
3. Soaked dried shrimps.
4. Sliced Chinese sausages
5. Heat oil and fried shallots, garlic
6. Add shrimps, mushroom and sausages and stir fried for 3 mins
7. Put in rice. Turn and mix well
8. Add black soy sauce, salt, pepper to taste.
9. Add broth, lower heat and cooked till all broth is absorbed.
10. Remove rice and place in big bowl or rice cooker.
11. Place on a steamer and steam for 30 mins. (I used the Toshiba "wang neng guo" rice cooker, which allows me to steam as well haha)
12. Sprinkle fried shallots and peanuts when ready.
TADAH!!!! My first attempt! I think the rice is not sticky enough, more like claypot rice HAHAHA but mum loves it!

Yesterday's dinner was Rendang Chicken with Couscous
I bought Naan as well to eat it with the Rendang Sauce. Yum yum!
Ingredients:
1 pack Rendang kit (comes with the sauce and coconut milk)
800g of chicken (bought the wings and drumlets)
1 pack of Couscous
675ml of chicken broth
1 medium size onion (diced)
Salt and sugar to taste.
Directions:
1. Add onion to oil and stir till browned.
2. Add in Rendang paste and stir till frangrant.
3. Add chicken and mix well (make sure it is coated evenly with the sauce)
4. Pour in coconut milk and let it simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally to prevent burnt.
Couscous- just follow the box instruction. I added some butter and turmeric powder to taste.
ps: Personally, I don't like the taste of couscous. Very floury. I think the Rendang is delicious!! Eat it with Plain white rice or Biryani rice will be an excellent choice!

Ham and Mushroom Spaghetti with Pesto Sauce
Tonight's dinner was Spaghetti.
I bought this Pesto sauce last Saturday at Carrefour.
Always wanted to try cooking Pesto Spaghetti but didn't get a chance, so tonight, I bought fresh mushrooms and picnic ham as ingredients.
Sister, Mum (she ate one mouthful) and Kris said it's delicious! hehehe...
I think it's good too *yum*
I added some sugar and salt to taste, if not, it's a little sour.
Ingredients: (serve 3)
Spaghetti (size of a twenty cent coin = 1 pax)
Picnic Ham (6 slices)
Mushrooms (depend how many you want)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 big white onion (chopped or sliced)
2 tbsp oil
salt and pepper
Sugar
Minched Basil
Chilli flakes
Grounded Black pepper
1 bottle of Leggo's Pesto Sauce
Directions:
Heat Frying Pan and add oil.
Add garlic and onion and fry till fragrant
Add mushroom and Ham.
Pour in 3/4 cooked Spaghetti and a bottle of Leggo's Pesto Sauce ( they come in different flavors).
Toss it properly and add salt and sugar to your desire taste.
Put the spaghetti in a serving dish and serve.
Add basil, chilli flakes and black pepper (Optional)
DONE! Easy right? Go try it! Its delicious!

Shopping is SHIOK!!!
I told myself I will set aside $300 for shopping this month BUT I BURST IT WITHIN A DAY!!
Yes, I went shopping after work today... ALONE! It was actually quite shiok because you get to go anywhere you want....
What have I bought? Initially I wanted to get a jacket and pants for my work but I can't find any nice one, so I ended up buying:
1. Skinny Jeans from Zara after discount $59.90, before $79.90
2. A/X T-shirt after discount $69, before $99 (super not worth!! But I love it!)
3. Mphosis slipper for office wear $17.30
4. Pazzion Sandal $63 (LOVE IT)
5. Incanto Shine Perfume $123
6. Fake lash/glue/eyeliner $36
it's time to start eating bread with grass~~yeah!!!!!

Life is the same...
Nothing new...
Everybody seems busy...
Work is the same...(a little happy)
Flu is everywhere...
Nobody wants to wear a mask...
I am trying hard..(to slim down MORE!)
but hasn't been exercising regularly AGAIN (due to my flu ok!!!)
manage to squeeze into my old jean (yeah...but still...muffin can be seen)
Bf is down....(with flu..yes..after I recovered)
No...I didn't catch H1N1.
Yes...I went Butter Factory (on the 12th July, not 17th!)
I need to shop...(serious case!)
I need to sleep...(like now...)

Audrey & Deb's 25th Birthday Celebration @ onedegreefifteen
This is a super late post! Their birthday was on the 10th and 11th May. I am just too lazy to blog.
Anyway, Huiwen managed to book a room at onedegreefifteen, so we spent a night there partaying~
The theme was supposed to be fairytale, but it seems to have transformed to some super hero cum cartoon /movie character LOL
