For Marvin (you owe me one when you get back to singapore)

Ingredients:
6 pork chops, thin cut
8 pieces of butter crackers (soh tah pia), crushed it
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soysauce
2 tbsp white sugar
pepper (agaration la see how much u want)
1 egg

Directions:

1. Hit the pork chops with the back of a chopper to make it tender.

2. Marinate pork with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar sesame oil, pepper and beat in the egg.
Make sure it is evenly coated. Store in fridge for at less 2 hours.

3. Put crackers in a ziplock bag and crush crackers until they are well crumbled. Pour crumbs into a big plate.

4. In a large frying wok, heat the oil over medium high heat.

5. One at a time, place each pork chop on the crumb mixture and fry coated pork til golden brown. Enjoy!
