Opposites attract

Read this from a magazine.

Studies since the 1970s has suggested that we are naturally programmed to be attracted to mates with particular genes different from our own, so resulting offspring would have stronger immune systems.

The recent study analysed the set of genes responsible for that, the major histocompatibility complex (MHC), in about 50 heterosexual couples. Researchers found that the more similar the women's MHC were to their partner's, the less sexually responsive they were, and the more they were attracted to other men ( and the more likely they were to have affairs!)
These tendencies peaked during the women's fertile days of their menstrual cycle.

Men were found to be unaffected by MHC similarities. So, there's no blaming it on the genes now if he strays (wahahahaha)

Another study has linked a woman's style quotient with her level of fertility.

People were asked to judge the dressing of women in photographs taken when they were at their most fertile, and when they were least fertile at the onset of menstruation. The researchers concluded that women pay more attention to their appearances the closer to ovulation they are, wearing more revealing clothes, more jewellery, and more makeup (those hiao hiao are always fertile lor? lol)
So the next time you notice your girlfriend looking particularly hot, she just might be feeling it too!

You guys believe in opposites attract?? I do believe it sometimes....hmmmm....
