WOOHOO!!!!!!

I am going to MACAU in 1 months' time!!!
Damn excited lah!! It will be a free trip!!!!
Hmmmm not too sure whether I can mention here.
And most probably, I AM GOING TO HONGKONG on the 2nd or 3rd day during the free n easy!

Any recommendation on where to go??
Maybe somewhere near the ferry terminal??
I will be staying at The Rocks Hotel near Macau ferry terminal. The exterior looks damn chio lor!

Dr Fish and the French Stall

Have you guys tried fish therapy? I know there's one at Ang Mo Kio (AMK) Central Blk 710A because everytime when I'm in the train traveling home, I will pass by AMK Central and saw this super cute banner "Dr Fish" with a cute pic of a fish wearing a doctor suit. Always wanted to try it out since it is quite an "in" thing now, I decided to bring kris there.

When we reached the entrance, there's a friendly lady inviting us to go in to take a look. We saw 2 tubs and many fishes inside swimming leisurely and harmlessly, so we decided to try it.
Before stepping in, I told the lady...
He is ticklish! WAHAHAHAHAHA....
But within a second, his feet is already in the tub! And MYGOSH!!! All the fishes swam straight to his feet like they have not eaten anything for a million years!
I got hold back alittle.......but but....I told myself that

I AM VERY BRAVE!!!!

The moment I put my feet into the water, I screamed!!!!!

IT IS SUPER DUPER TICKLISH CAN???????????
I NEARLY DIED. SERIOUS.

I keep laughing and crying at the same time. Friends who know me know that's my problem when laughing too hard, I tear easily wahahahahaha....
At first the therapy is 1/2 hour but I decided to do for 15 min instead. Really can't take it but I think will get used to it after a few more times.
It was a fun experience. I think I will go again!

Crabstick Fried Macaroni with Cheese

Yeah!! Got the sudden urge to cook this dish when I gave some idea to Nadnut on plurk!
I got to learn this dish from my cousin when I was in Primary 6.
It's pretty easy to cook.

Ingredients:

1/3 pack of Macaroni (for 2)
5 crab sticks (sliced)
2 clove garlic (diced)
1 small white onion (diced)
Virgin Olive oil (or butter if you want to feel more unhealthy HAHA)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
3 slices Kraft Cheddar cheese (or your preference of cheese)
Maggi Tomato sauce (Agar Agar...depend how much gravy you like)
A little water to make it not so thick.
Oregano herbs
Parsley

Directions:

1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to make it QQ. Drain again and set aside.
2. Add oil to saucepan and stir in diced onion and garlic until fragrant. Add in crab sticks or other ingredients you prefer like sausages, tuna or mushroom. Mix ingredients well.
3. Add in Tomaton sauce and stir in a little water to prevent sticking. Sprinkle sugar and salt in.
4. Add in cooked Macaroni and mix all ingredients well and sprinkle oregano and parslay.
5 Add sliced cheese on top of Macaroni and cover the sauce pan for 20 sec (actually I also agar agar one lah hahaha)
6. Serve on a plate and add ground black pepper to your desire!

TADAH! EASY RIGHT??? hehehe...

Singapore Beer Festival @ FortCanning

2 Friday ago, the Nutts were at the Singapore Beer Festival located at Fortcanning park.
This was my first time attending such festival and it was really fun! 1 pair of ticket cost $105 and each person got 10 coupons to exchange any beers or food at the stalls and we were given a mug each.
Their Quote of the day.....

"No Mug, No Beer. No Beer, No Mug"

There's 10 of us so we'd 100 coupons in total!!! 100 bottles of beers???? Nah...we had food as well.
There are all sorts of beer from different countries different brand. Don't ask me for its name as thy does not remember a shit!
But actually there's one which is quite a hot favorite among the girls but the boyfriend love it!
He is not a beer person but was being forced/dragged/beaten by the girlfriend and finally decided to join us. So the favorite beer is called the Rose. It tastes like sparkling cherry juice.
