This is gonna be a super short post as I am really tired now...
anyway, this is Bluey's 2nd clutch of eggs and this morning I saw this lovely little thing!!
4 days earlier than I expected! :)

Awaiting for the rest to hatch as well~~~ am so excited!
I am a grandma of 2 already! hahahaha...

Gu You Long-Butter Factory

Why Gu You Long?? On our way back from Butter, this taxi young chap was talking over the phone with his friend.

taxi YC: " Eh I just went off from Gu You Long, going to 3 different places.." (converse in Hokkien)

Anyway, Joy joined us for awhile as she got a flight the next day.
The queue was long as usual but surprisingly it moved quite fast.

The music was mediocre, only towards the end it got better but by that time, we were all like zombies...bobian, Lau Zhar Bor is like that one...cannot party till very late, stamina drop like hell!

My Wonderful Boyfriend!

This post is specially dedicated to my dearest Kris Tan.
Since the day Uno hatched, he has been helping me taking care of this baby since it was Day 14 old till Day 36 (today).

He brought Uno back to Jurong for a week, waking up at 6am everyday, feeding her 4 times a day, sacrificing his own precious time, but not complaining a bit.

In order to let me have a chance to bond with Uno, we decided to bring her back to Ang Mo Kio.
I will feed her at 6am, and he has to reach my place by 1pm just to feed Uno.
As Uno is week 5 now, she only need to be fed 3 times a day, subsequently twice a day and finally once a day before sleeping time. After week 7, she should be fully weaned.
But Kris needs to travel 1 hr to AMK and back to Jurong everyday!
I know he is very tired but he is really not complaining, this makes me even more guilty!

We can't go out for long hours as we need to worry for Uno's feeding time, so these few weeks, we haven't been going out together for long hours enjoying ourselves. Although it is really fun to take care and play with Uno during the weekend and see how fast this little fellow has grown.

I felt quite guilty because last Saturday I partied with R and J while he was at my place taking care of Uno.
Today, I went to watch Final Destination with my colleagues and he was at my place taking care of Uno.

So, in order to make myself less guilty, I have decided.....

we decided to have our once in a blue moon dinner outing here.

LIULIAN + KTV outing with colleagues

Venue: Carpark at Bugis Temporary market (no longer there as durian session is over)/Top 1 KTV opp Bugis Junction

We were all craving for durian one fine day and decided to have our durian feast before proceeding to our ktv session.
We ordered 3 durians for $15 and man!!! It's totally awesomeness!!!
After finishing the 3, we were craving for more and decided to try the Mao Shan Wang durian which cost us $15 for ONE freaking durian! Blehhhh...nothing to shout about...




































WAHAHAHAHAHA! Don't mess with Elaine ah!

Kris got invited to visit this Art Gallery held at SMU and the guest of honor is non other than the famous photographer, Steve McCurry who shot the most recognized photograph, Afghan Girl.

Although I am not an artsy person, I still enjoy the work of some students from the tertiary institution in Singapore.
I am sure there are many talented people in this small country who are not being discovered yet!



























































after the exhibit, we went to The Cathay to have our dinner and proceed to BEDS for drinking and singing! ^.^

Outing with parents

Venue: Pasir Ris Park/Chinatown

It was a day off for my parents and I decided to take leave and bring them out for a little excursion! Kris is very nice to take leave just to accompany us! (Actually I need him to be my personal GPRS HAHAHAHAHA)
When we were young, they are the one who brought us out, now it's our turn! =)

It's good to bring them out for a walk especially for dad. He doesn't like to go out.
The only places he goes is AMK and Whampoa.
But I am quite surprise because recently, he become more adventurous! He even bought new sport shoes for mum and himself, many many many adidas shirt.

Maybe because he realized he got himself a personal chauffeur mah...(ME LOR!)
But as long as he enjoys himself, I don't really mind lah...just that he needs to sponsor the expenses lor WAHAHAHHAHA!





























































































after "hiking" around the park, Dad wanted to go Chinatown to get some stuffs for his stall, so we drove down to get it. It was a super hot day!!!
I thought we looked like tourists that day....haha...

Sunday Morning Exercise

Venue: Mt Faber/Henderson wave

Drooooooove all the way to Mt Faber just so that Mum and Dad get to see the view from this "little hill". I can't remember whether they said they've been here before.
But even so, it must be many many years back.

Mum got very tired after climbing up this slope from the carpark. HAHAHA!
I told her I will drive her here every Sunday for training......(of coz that didn't happened)















































and we reached Henderson wave, my first time there as well but it was too crowded on a Sunday!
